What you’ll be doing
- 🛁 Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- 💊 Supporting with medication prompts and reminders
- 🍳 Preparing meals and helping with nutrition
- 🏠 Light housekeeping and keeping things tidy

Common questions
Not at all! Many of our best carers had no previous experience. We provide full, paid training that covers everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and genuine care for people.
Very flexible. You tell us when you’re available and we build your schedule around that. Need to do school runs? Work evenings only? Only weekends? We can make it work.
No problem! While driving helps us offer more flexibility, we have plenty of roles for non-drivers. We’ll match you with clients you can reach on foot or by public transport.
Once you’ve completed training and your DBS check comes through (which we arrange and pay for), you could be working within 2-3 weeks. We’re always looking for great people so we move quickly!
You’ll have a dedicated coordinator, regular supervisions, and access to our 24/7 on-call team. If something comes up at 11pm on a Sunday, there’s always someone to help.
