Our Care Assistants are paid every four weeks. In addition to your standard hourly pay rate, our Care Assistants jobs also come with enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays as well as mileage allowance, paid ongoing training and paid annual leave.
You can choose from a range of full time and part time contracts to suit you. Some of our Care Assistants choose guaranteed hours while others opt for flexible working. We’ll work with you to find the right fit and we ask that you share your availability in advance so that we can arrange rotas. In most of our locations, Care Assistants need a full UK driving licence as well as access to a vehicle. Contact our Jobs Team to check if your local team are taking on walking carers.
