We are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our office team. In this vital role, you will be the link between our care staff, clients, and their families, ensuring the smooth delivery of care services.
This is an office-based role with occasional field visits, perfect for someone who loves problem-solving and building relationships.

What you'll be doing...
- Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules
- Matching carers to clients based on skills and compatibility
- Conducting initial client assessments and reviews
- Handling enquiries from clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting care staff with day-to-day queries
- Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records in care management systems
- Covering care calls in emergencies when required
- Participating in on-call rota
What you'll need...
- Previous experience in care sector (office or hands-on)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
